Who Am I

As a therapist I've been described as calm, patient and intuitive. I'm a natural outdoor lover with a gentle manner. I can hold the messy stuff and provide you with the space to be.

Over the past few years I have immersed myself in the study of psychodynamic therapy, meditation and yoga. My journey and passion for healing led me to Goldsmiths University, where I completed my training, an MA in Psychodynamic Counselling.

I have since worked within a charity which provides therapy for a number of different issues, including trauma, self-esteem issues and anxiety. I have also supported children and young people in primary schools with their mental health and wellbeing. My work has also been based within the NHS, social services and charities, all together I have worked within mental health for a total of eleven years. Today I work in a private practice setting in Leeds.

I am fuelled by my continued study into areas such as healing for anxiety, boundaries, relationships and depression.
